In order to avoid a cancellation fee, notification of intent to cancel must be made no later than 9:00 am according to the schedule shown below.

Reservations for:

1-2 mopeds or 1 Scoot Coupes or 1 FUV or 1 day Tracker - 1 day prior to rental

3-4 mopeds or 2 Scoot Coupes or 2 FUVs or 2 days Tracker - 2 days prior to rental

5-6 mopeds or 3 Scoot Coupes or 3 FUVs or 3 days Tracker - 3 days prior to rental

7-8 mopeds or 4 Scoot Coupes or 4 FUVs or 4 days Tracker - 4 days prior to rental

9+ mopeds or 5+ Scoot Coupes or 5 FUVs or 5 days Tracker - 7 days prior to rental

Late cancellation will result in a one-hour charge (plus tax) per each cancelled piece of equipment.

No shows or same day cancellations will result in full rental day rate (plus tax) per each reserved piece of equipment.
