Cancellation Policy
Notification of intent to cancel must be made no later than:
48 Hours Prior to the date of rental to avoid 50% charge (plus tax) per each cancelled piece of equipment.
24 Hours Prior to the date of rental to avoid full rate charge (plus tax) per each cancelled piece of equipment.
Same day cancellation/no show will result in the full rate charge (plus tax) per each canceled piece of equipment.
SEVERE weather same day cancellations without fee considered on a case by case basis.
